The Lakeside Team
Lakeside Dental Management was started in 2019 by brothers, Patrick, Robert, and Andrew Weaver and Ricky Caplin. The purpose of creating Lakeside Dental Management was to support dentists in their pursuit of delivering excellent children’s dentistry across the state of Florida, specifically in Jacksonville and the surrounding communities. Since 2019, the partners have built a team of experts at delivering that support. Learn more about this team by reading below!

Andrew Weaver grew up in Orange Park, Florida and attended St. Johns Country Day School. Upon graduating from high school, Andrew was the first of the Weavers to attend Samford University where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. In the early part of his professional career, Andrew gained valuable business development and operations experience in the sports management industry, and later refined his leadership and financial management experience while owning and operating a home services business.
Andrew joined his family’s pediatric dental practice in 2011 with the development of their second location. In the years since, Andrew, his family and their team have expanded their delivery of pediatric dentistry to include nine locations, twenty providers, and a support team of more than 120 team members dedicated to delivering superior patient and parent experience. With the experiences of his father and both brothers being pediatric dentists, Andrew has a unique perspective on how to support dentists. Andrew has learned how to identify the special differences that each great dentist possesses and how to help build a team that brings the best out of each other. Ultimately, the goal is to work hand in hand with each dentist to ensure they are able to deliver the superior care they wish to provide.
Outside of the office, Andrew and his wife Allison have two children and live in St. Johns County. Andrew enjoys playing golf, listening to podcasts, and watching sports such as Jags, Rays, Gators, and Formula1.
