Patrick Weaver, DMD

Co-Founder, Clinical Director

Dr. Patrick Weaver was born and raised in Orange Park, Florida, where he has strong ties to the local community. After graduating from St. Johns Country Day School, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Samford University, graduating as salutatorian. His passion for dentistry led him to the University of Florida, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine and received the senior dental student award from the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society.

Dr. Weaver furthered his education with a two-year residency at the University of Florida, where he served as Chief Resident. He is board certified in pediatric dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Additionally, he is involved with the Jacksonville Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic, working with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized care for patients.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Weaver lives in St. Johns County with his wife Ellen and their two children. As a dedicated Florida Gator fan, he enjoys spending his leisure time playing golf, running, and creating lasting memories with his family and friends.

Andrew Weaver

Co-Founder, President

Andrew Weaver grew up in Orange Park, Florida, and graduated from St. Johns Country Day School before attending Samford University, where he earned a degree in Business Management. Early in his career, Andrew gained business development and operations experience in the sports management industry, later honing his leadership and financial skills while running a home services business. In 2011, Andrew joined his family’s pediatric dental practice, contributing to the growth of their second location. Over the years, he helped expand the practice to five locations, employing over 120 team members and serving with twenty providers. With a background in business and a family deeply rooted in pediatric dentistry, Andrew has a unique ability to support dentists in building strong teams and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Andrew and his wife Allison live in St. Johns County with their two children. He enjoys playing golf, listening to podcasts, and following sports, including the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Rays, Florida Gators, and Formula 1 racing.

Robert Weaver, DMD

Co-Founder, Clinical Director

Dr. Robert Weaver is originally from Orange Park, Florida, and attended St. Johns Country Day School from kindergarten through 12th grade. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, before continuing his education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he received his DMD. Dr. Weaver then completed a two-year pediatric dental residency at UF, serving as Chief Resident in his final year. He is board certified in pediatric dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Weaver is passionate about providing exceptional pediatric dental care and has built a reputation for his expertise in the field. His background and experience have shaped him into a dedicated professional who works to deliver the highest standards of care to his patients. Outside of his practice, Dr. Weaver lives in the Julington Creek area with his wife Laura and their three sons. He enjoys running with his dogs, fishing, playing basketball and golf, and cheering on Florida Gator football and basketball teams.
